This interactive workshop is designed to help parents support their young adult children as they launch or pivot careers. Guiding offspring through the college and early career process can be incredibly challenging. This workshop offers specific tips and tools to help clarify your role (as parents) on their team and ultimately determine how to best support or advise them during this formative time. While no two parent/child relationships are alike, there are valuable lessons and tools you can evaluate to see what may work best for your situation. Come with questions and an open mind.

GROUP BOOTCAMPS and CAREER CIRCLES 

A Career Roadmap for College & Early Career Journeys – A Two Part Workshop for High School & College Students  (June 21 and 23, 2022 from 6:30PM – 8:30PM CST)

BootCamps and Career Circles are designed around small groups. These energetic two-part workshops include group exercises combined with individual attention. Participants receive an individual workbook, assessment tools, a dynamic proven framework, as well as coaching on how to leverage their unique strengths, values, interests and skills in gaining clarity on their career direction. Workshops are scheduled for two 2-hour sessions. Come ready to actively participate and learn.

Wondering how to network effectively and land an interview? How confident are you with your interviewing skills? Have questions about your resume or cover letter? Consider joining us for this interactive group workshop: accessing tips for networking, writing cover letters, refreshing resumes, and developing effective interview strategies. Following this initial session, there will be an additional opportunity for 1-on-1 mock interviews with Kay.
