Standard Internal Compass Package: Individuals receive five one-on-one meetings over approximately five weeks providing highly targeted services. This package includes an electronic workbook, two best selling books, assessment tools, a proven framework, as well as coaching on how to leverage their unique strengths, values, interests and skills in an elevator pitch, networking strategy, interview preparation and on-boarding at their next career opportunity. Interview Preparation Package: Individuals receive two one-on-one meetings over the course of a week, focused on interview preparation in the first meeting and conducting a mock interview with feedback in the second. This highly effective offering provides a framework for preparing and successfully executing an interview, along with a strategy for continuous improvement for future interviews.
